Site Basic Rules
.

1) Respect for each other.

Please treat one another with respect. Harassment of players or staff members won't be accepted. Bullying or disrespectful behaviour may call for staff involvement based on the situation, which could range from a request to stop to a ban based on the degree of severity.

2) Racism is strictly prohibited.

It is STRICTLY against the law to be racist to other members. We are a respectful community, and we appreciate respect in all spheres. One will be immediately banned from the site if they violate this rule. We are all on an equal footing and more compassionate of one another.

3) Different Languages

We are aware that everyone has a different racial background and that we all hail from various nations. Your native tongue may be used lightly, but you must additionally include a translation. DON'T use it to disparage people in our community. Our staff panel is made up of bilingual individuals, and if they observe you using strong language towards someone, they will issue you a warning. Because English is an international language that everyone understands, it must be utilised on our website as a requirement.

4) Usage of Multiple Accounts

The utilisation of multiple Accounts is STRICTLY forbidden. A new paradigm of building this massive site is now beginning. Players won't be permitted to do this because it will be difficult to maintain track for data purposes. If you are caught using multiple accounts, you will be permanently banned from both Discord and our website. Everyone must abide by this guideline. (Staff personnel are the lone exception; they are allowed to create a maximum of two accounts that will both function as site moderator accounts.)

Warning: Try not to change your proxy, VPN, or anything else; if you do, we will catch on quickly. There is no room for escape because our staff regularly monitors new accounts. If you share a proxy or IP address with someone and you live in the same home, get in touch with any staff member by DM or on discord so that we can investigate, accept, and become alert.

5) Deactivation of Accounts

Although we can understand why a user might want to terminate their account on the website, we advise getting in touch with the staff member. We recommend deactivating after 4 months because we want you to give our website a chance to be a space where you may let your creativity run wild. Get to know the website and have fun while you're here.

We will offer both Soft Deletion and Hard Deletion(Understand these concepts).

Soft Deletion: Without actually deleting the record from the database, soft delete just indicates that it is no longer active or valid. The primary goal of using soft deletes is to avoid data loss. Data is just being marked as removed by your programme, not actually being deleted. Hence, with a little effort, you can undo any soft delete.

Hard Deletion: Hard deletion is the procedure for erasing data from a database entirely. We are unable to retrieve lost data. (This is the best option for users who want to restart with new characters and account(s).)

6)Warnings to user by staff:

Whilst we grow and evolve, we are allowed to make mistakes that are both tolerant and Intolerant.  Intolerant mistakes will allow the user to get a written warning from the staff regarding their misconducts(Depends on the severity as aforementioned). There are three warnings to be given before reaching a conclusion about a user’s future on the site.

Warnings to user by staff:

Whilst we grow and evolve, we are allowed to make mistakes that are both tolerant and Intolerant.  Intolerant mistakes will allow the user to get a written warning from the staff regarding their misconducts(Depends on the severity as aforementioned). There are three warnings to be given before reaching a conclusion about a user’s future on the site.
  • First warning: We acknowledge that even though we are all relatively new to the site, we are all entitled to make errors and learn from them. This initial warning will serve as a reminder of the remaining site policies that you shouldn't break again. Although they are simple to overlook and won't have a significant impact on your future on our site, we are monitoring.

  • Second Warning: By breaking this regulation, you can jeopardise your continued use of our website. The staff has the option of not overlooking what you did or choosing to overlook it, which could have an impact on you when you need to apply for a staff position in the future. Although everyone deserves a chance and we are a community that values understanding, that does not imply that a player will always be granted the benefit of the doubt.

  •  Third warning: The staff will continuously monitor your account and perform daily reviews. We know it is not comfortable to have someone monitor you like you are in prison but for the purpose of the other player's safety and care, we are compelled to take such actions.

  • Banned: If a player has passed all warning levels and been banned, their IP address will be blocked from ever accessing the website. We are well aware that occasionally this happens. It is more of a privacy violation. We prioritise the safety of other players and will not put up with any misbehaviour or breach of privacy on our system.

Although it could be considered the last, this is not the case. We acknowledge that our website is 16+ rated and that participants are not permitted to use language that would be regarded as extremely offensive and NOT PERMITTED to become explicit or to exchange explicit content. Failing to comply with this results in permanent exclusion.
